Hi my name is Amy, I am the Supervisor here at Hanney Pre-School. I have over 14 years childcare experience before joining this highly committed team in September 2013. I am a mummy to a 6 year old myself and this has inspired me in many ways and keeps me on my toes. I am so privileged to have such a rewarding job role which enables me to watch children grow and develop. Knowing myself and my team have contributed to this, by providing them all individually with such a good solid foundation, is the best feeling in the world!
We are a well-established group with more than 20 years’ experience in providing Pre-School care and education in the local community. Our inclusive setting is situated within St James’ Primary School, nestled between the beautiful villages of East and West Hanney. We believe that every child deserves the best possible start in life and we support them to fulfil their potential. Our aim is to provide a safe, caring, secure environment where children are nurtured to develop their skills, knowledge and attitudes from first hand experiences. Our team take pride in ensuring the children enjoy their time with us and are prepared in their transition from Pre-School to primary school.
